Sankofa.org partners with the Made New Foundation to explore how immersive technology can support healing, personal growth, and successful reentry for formerly incarcerated individuals. Together, we are developing innovative virtual reality experiences that use storytelling, education, and emerging technology to create new pathways toward opportunity and transformation.

Through VR simulations and interactive learning environments, participants can practice real-world scenarios, strengthen communication and decision-making skills, and build confidence in a supportive setting. These experiences are designed to help individuals navigate challenges related to reentry, employment, relationships, and personal development while fostering resilience and self-determination.
